2-Year Sofa Warranty

Our warranty covers any verified manufacturing or craftsmanship defects for up to two years, starting from the date your sofa is delivered to your home.

This warranty applies only when sofas are used as intended and will be void if they have been modified in any way. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, natural disasters (such as fire or water damage), or normal wear and tear.

Natural variations in materials are expected—wooden elements may develop slight cracks or shifts over time due to humidity changes, which will not affect the sofa’s structural integrity. If these changes occur due to improper care or lack of maintenance, they will not be covered under this warranty.

Additionally, fading, pilling, stains, cushion compression, and general wear from everyday use are considered normal and are not included in the warranty.
