If your item does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery or pickup, provided you have proof of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. The following terms apply:

Return & Exchange Terms:

• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are not applicable to liquidation or final sale items.
• Return Fees: Returns are subject to a $100 shipping fee and a $50 restocking fee per item, plus applicable taxes. Please note that shipping expenses are non-refundable.
• Warehouse Pickup: If the item was originally picked up from our warehouse, the return shipping fee does not apply.
• Packaging: A $50 repacking fee applies if the product is missing its original packaging after the return is approved (This fee does not apply to in-home delivery items).
• Original Address: Exchanges and returns will only be accepted at the original delivery address.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment after the items are fully received and inspected at our warehouse. Shipping expenses are non-refundable.
• Damage Inspection: Items will be inspected upon return, and any damages beyond what was approved for exchange or return will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Cancellations: Orders canceled after shipment from our warehouse are subject to full return shipping and restocking charges.
• Exceptions: In cases that fall outside our standard policy, we will review and assess the specifics of the matter. Any related costs will be determined based on this assessment
