Returns and Exchanges at CHIC ROOM
At CHIC ROOM, we expect our customers to love our products as much as we do. However, we understand that things do not always go as planned, so we have made returns and exchanges simple and stress free.
How Our 30 Day Return Policy Works
- All returns are available within 30 days from delivery or pickup, with the customer covering the shipping fees.
- ECO LINE Products – These items can be returned within 30 days, with the customer covering the shipping fees. (Specified with ECO LINE label)
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure:
Your item is in as new condition and unused.
It is packed in the original packaging to keep it safe.
We will take care of the inspection once your item is returned. If there is any damage beyond what was originally approved for return or exchange, we may need to adjust the refund accordingly.
What Is Not Eligible for Return?
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Clearance items
- Blankets
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
