Please schedule an appointment with our warehouse team, and your order will be ready within 48 business hours. We ship to major cities in most Canadian provinces and have partnered with expert industry carriers to ensure your piece is delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible. If you do not see a delivery option for your address in Canada or would like to arrange delivery to the USA, please contact us at [email protected]. Our logistics team will analyze and provide cost-effective delivery options for your home.

For orders with multiple pieces, we typically ship all items together for the convenience of one-time delivery to your home. However, based on the items, we may adjust the shipping method to ensure your products arrive in the best possible condition.

Our standard delivery option includes order processing and convenient curbside delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the distance between your location and our warehouse in Burnaby, BC.

All in-stock large and heavy furniture items (large chairs, sofas, and dining tables) will be delivered by freight through our carrier partners. Our In-Home Delivery Service includes comprehensive order processing, delivery to your preferred room, assembly, and removal of packaging materials. We partner with reputable White Glove shipping companies in your city/province to ensure the highest level of service. Delivery timelines may vary based on your delivery address, especially for remote areas, which may incur additional delivery lead time and surcharges. If you anticipate a return or have any concerns about your product, please retain the packaging whenever possible to save on repacking charges.
