At CHIC ROOM, we expect our customers to love our products as much as we do. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned, so we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.

How Our 30-Day Return Policy Works

• Free Returns & Exchanges – If you simply changed your mind, you have 7 days from delivery  to return or exchange your item – completely free.
• Extended Returns – Need more time? You can still return your item within 30 days – we’ll just ask you to cover the shipping fees.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure:

• Your item is in as-new condition and unused.
• It’s packed in the original packaging to keep it safe.

We’ll take care of the inspection once your item is returned. If there is any damage beyond what was originally approved for return or exchange, we may need to adjust the refund accordingly.

What’s Not Eligible for Return?

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

• Clearance items
• Blankets

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please:

2. Attach a photo or video of the product.
3. Briefly describe the issue and state whether you’d like a return or exchange.

After reviewing your request, we will inspect the case and get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps.

Special Cases & Exceptions

If your situation falls outside our standard policy, we’ll personally review your case and determine the best solution. Any related costs will be assessed based on the situation.
