At CHIC ROOM, we expect our customers to love our products as much as we do. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned, so we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.
How Our 30-Day Return Policy Works
- Free Returns & Exchanges – If you simply changed your mind, you have 7 days from delivery or pickup to return or exchange your item – completely free.
- Extended Returns – Need more time? You can still return your item within 30 days – we’ll just ask you to cover the shipping fees.
- ECO LINE Products – These items are not eligible for the 7-day free return but can still be returned within 30 days, with the customer covering shipping fees. (Specified with ECO LINE label)
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure:
- Your item is in as-new condition and unused.
- It’s packed in the original packaging to keep it safe.
We’ll take care of the inspection once your item is returned. If there is any damage beyond what was originally approved for return or exchange, we may need to adjust the refund accordingly.
What’s Not Eligible for Return?
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Clearance items
- Blankets
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

2-Year Sofa Warranty
Our warranty covers any verified manufacturing or craftsmanship defects for up to two years, starting from the date your sofa is delivered to your home.
This warranty applies only when sofas are used as intended and will be void if they have been modified in any way. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, natural disasters (such as fire or water damage), or normal wear and tear.
Natural variations in materials are expected—wooden elements may develop slight cracks or shifts over time due to humidity changes, which will not affect the sofa’s structural integrity. If these changes occur due to improper care or lack of maintenance, they will not be covered under this warranty.
Additionally, fading, pilling, stains, cushion compression, and general wear from everyday use are considered normal and are not included in the warranty.
